Let's celebrate an Audrey inspired, Zero Waste Halloween dah-lings!

Description
One of the driving forces in my humble e-commerce journey is figuring out how to minimize our ecological footprint in this wasteful culture. As a part of that ethos, we have launched an effort to turn one (wo)man's trash, aka our currently deemed "un-sellable" products, into another (won)man's gold, as an alternative to sending them into the landfill. It is my wish and vision that, this collection will help our collective goal to minimize waste, and to practice the art of finding beauty and value even in the things that are deemed unlovable.
Returned items
Return abuse is one of countless reasons that we have made the decision to transition off Amazon. Amazon has single handedly enabled a highly immoral consumer culture that allows any Amazon customer to return any item, in any condition, at any time without any accountability. This means, more and more Amazon customers have figured out they can just "borrow" a product without the rental cost. For each Halloween we have sold on Amazon since 2016, we have seen a yearly double digit increase in used item returns. Most customers literally initiate their returns the day after Halloween, as Amazon has normalized such blatant, theft-like consumer behavior.
What this means, is that we have tons of returned items sold via Amazon that we can not put back into our inventory and thus makes up most of this collection.
Manufacture Defects
As a small brand, our manufacture partners are also small operations. Just like us, these are hard working men and women that are just doing their best to make a living to support themselves and their loved ones. Many of them, like us, lack the resources to manage many facets of their small operation. All of our suppliers, despite their best efforts, often deliver products that has various degrees of defects, which makes them un-sellable.
Samples
As a creator I treat every product I put out into the world as my art. This means, every single product goes through numerous samples. Every sample version before the finalized product becomes a part of this collection
