Our costume rentals online are counted from the time of delivery and we will also take into account the date postmarked when you ship it back out.

We require a retail value in form of a refundable security deposit in case of any damages. When we receive the rental items back in good condition, this deposit will be refunded back to you as a partial refund within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Please note, that you will be held responsible for any kind of loss, destruction, or damage to the products. If you return any product that is damaged, then you agree that we shall charge you and you shall pay the retail price for the product.
