Return & Exchange Policy

Cigarette Holders

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, cigarette holders that have been used are not eligible for return if there are visible signs of use, odor, residue, or smoke exposure, including any tobacco smell on the mouthpiece or holder itself.

We gladly accept returns for unused items in original condition, but once a cigarette holder has been used for smoking, it cannot be resold due to health and sanitation standards. This includes items returned with smoke odor, discoloration, residue, or signs of contact with the mouthpiece.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.


Standard Returns (Unused Items)

  • Eligible for items that are unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Must be received within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items showing signs of wear (makeup, stains, odor, pet hair, alterations, etc.) will not be accepted under this category.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once inspected and approved.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of hats, yoga mats, and gift box items.

  • Final Sale, clearance, and bargain bin items are not eligible for return or refund. However, size exchanges for unused items in this category may be accommodated if the customer covers all return and re-shipment shipping costs.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team before mailing your item to confirm availability of your desired size or variation.

  • If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a free return label and offer a refund, exchange, or replacement—whichever you prefer.

    • Requests made after the 7-day window may be subject to standard return policies

Halloween & Seasonal Items

  • Due to the time-sensitive nature of Halloween and seasonal products, all return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and received back within 30 days.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Items showing any signs of wear (including makeup, fragrance, hair traces, or damage) will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Upon inspection and approval of your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
