Package arrived missing half its contents. Filed complaint immediately. No resolution so far. Will never order again and will warn others.
I don't feel its necessary as most packages these days are trackable and therefore insured by the carrier
I use them to keep from burning my eyelashes when lighting a partial cigarette. It's wonderful that they sent the cleaning tool but I don't know how to use it. This is the only company that sells cigarette holders so I really depend on them. I'd give 5 stars if they would include instructions as to how to use the cleaning tool.
