Rental costume policy

Payment and Refund: We require a retail value in the form of a refundable security deposit in case of any damages. The actual rental price is approximately 1/4 of its retail value. When we receive the rental items back in good condition, this deposit will be refunded back to you as a partial refund within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Shipment:

Shipping price includes return shipping. Expedited shipping is available during Checkout. Rentals are to be returned within 15 calendar days. Our costume rental time is counted from the date of tracked delivery and the date postmarked when you ship it back using your selected shipping courier.

Return:

You agree to return the products in good condition on or before the return date for the Products that are determined at the time of renting. You may extend the rental period by getting in touch with us through email or phone. If you do not return the products on time, you agree to pay the additional $5/day late fee.

*Please check the sizes carefully before ordering as no refunds will be issued if an incorrect size is ordered.

**Refund will be adjusted for any kind of loss, destruction or damage to the products. If you return any product that is damaged, then you agree that we shall charge you and you shall pay the retail price for the product.

***$5 each day is charged for products not returned within 15 calendar days

****Please do not return the cigarette holder if that is a part of the costume rental. We added a small fee to cover the cost to be included in the rental price.
